Yoga For Surfers

Are you looking for a way to increase your flexibility and muscle tone for surfing?

Join me for a 5 week programme for surfers. Why only 5 weeks? In this period I will teach you the Surya Flow, which is an uplifting Dru Yoga sequence that encourages self worth, confidence, empowerment. On a physical level this sequence is very similar to Surya Namaskara (Sun sequence), but with a bit more balance and twist. It helps with flexibility, stretch and balance as well as tones all the right surfing muscles.

In winter its is a great warm up before suiting up.

We will also look at nasal breathing and how to use the breath to calm one’s self.
